I have been part of the Manassas Dental Smiles team from the beginning, as the office manager. I love the time I get to spend building relationships in a way I wouldn’t be able to if I was treating patients. Mostly I enjoy training and implementing new systems to provide a better experience for our patients. I love to find ways to help people smile and that includes building confidence to share their smiles! I am happy to answer your questions, plan for appointments, help resolve concerns and make your visits positive. Dr. Usman is a fantastic doctor to work with, as he is highly skilled and fun to be around. I love the energy of our team that shares my primary goal which is to help you!

Dr. Tatiana Staver comes from a family of dentists from Moldova; her mother was a pediatric dentist and her father was a general dentist in her home country. She is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Northern Virginia Dental Society, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists, and the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry.
